Water, Our Most Precious Resource
For the 2022-2023 school year, the focus is on water. “Water, Our Most Precious Resource” examines how ideas about water and its importance in human affairs – be it travel, recreation, weather or story – are used in various ways in music. The complete Music in the Schools curriculum includes:
- Curriculum packet (download below) which includes descriptions of the music, composers, and backgrounds
- State-mandated benchmarks and activities for grade levels K-6
