Anahit Bashir (Aeon, as he likes to be called) is a seventh grader at Stanford Online High School. He started his cello journey at age four and currently studies with Dr. David Holmes and Teresa Richardson. Aeon is a member of the Minnesota Youth Symphonies Orchestra and has won awards in several competitions including the Crescendo International Competition, Elite International Music Competition, Golden Classical Competition, Mary West Competition, and the American Protégé Competition. He has had the honor of performing at Carnegie Hall, and also enjoys music composition and piano. Aside from music, Aeon loves traveling, reading and playing tennis.
